KRHB Bidirectional Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer is developed on the basis of KRHA unidirectional series. In this case, the scraper turns clockwise and the centre shaft moves counterclockwise simultaneously to enhance the mixing power. Because of this specifically designing structure, the material in the vessel could be completely stirred and grinded, leaving no dead corner. Therefore it is most applicable to produce high quality cream and ointment. This series has two types, one is for cosmetic cream and the other is for GMP-Standard ointment. As for control and heating system, the machine could be controlled manually by push buttons or automatically based on PLC and be heated by steam or electrically. We also make non-standard mixers according to customers specially requirements.
